Arm Balances & Inversions Part 2
The second installment of a three part series building up to advanced arm balances and inversions, this workshop will be more playful, focusing on opening the hips for some of the more advanced arm balances — Astavakrasana, Kundinasana I and II, Yogidandasana, and padmasana (lotus pose) in arm balances.

Brand New Beginner Workshop
Curious about yoga? This lively workshop will teach you the fundamentals of yoga and prepare you for a Basics yoga class. We will explore basic asanas (yoga postures), proper alignment, pranayama (breath), and meditation. We will practice basic stretches, flow sequencing, balancing poses, and relaxation techniques. You will learn how to use yoga props in class to ease tight muscles and to cultivate a healthy, safe practice.
